Payment Policy
- 50% advanced payment upon confirmation.
- Balance of payment sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
Check in Policy
- Arrival at the villa is after 15:00
- Departure is before 12:00
- If you wish to arrive at different hours, contact us first
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel until 60 days prior to arrival and you will receive a 50% refund of your money.
- If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, you will receive no refund.
